I'm looking for people who want help finding and purchasing a home. I prefer working in: Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, East Cobb, Alpharetta, and Forsyth county. My typical clients are move up buyers, first time buyers and down sizers. I prefer the price range of $150,000 to $2,000,000.
I want people who don't want a lot of sales talk and pressure. I like to make showing homes as easy and efficient as possible. We usually can see 12 homes in 3 hours. I bring snacks and cold drinks. I want people to go to my web site and get familiar with Atlanta real estate by reading all of the articles I have. I want them to search the Atlanta MLS for homes and when they are ready to get serious about looking at homes, they should come in to discuss our plan of action.
